  • HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • The inspector visits the site for inspection.

  • The inspector records his/her observation from the field on IPAQ.

  • The town server gets the latest update directly from the field.

  • The server generates the permit upon getting "passing" the inspection (provided all other conditions are met).
  • The applicant get the permit through mail or in a PDF format through email (as per town’s policy).

  • IPAQ allows to submit payment details also on the move.

  • Field staff can view his/her appointment & scheduled visits for the day.

  • IPAQ has a GPS module which allows the fieldsman to update his location to the server in real-time or at regular intervals.

  • The inspector can log on the iPAQ and browse the schedules of the day.

  • The inspector can see other’s schedule using the IPAQ without personally visiting the office.

  • The software provides an authentication of the user entering the system by using the login name and password.

  •                          

  • Inspector can recieve information about the applicant on the IPAQ.

  • Inspector records the observations, violations and compliance instructions in a form on IPAQ.

  • Upon submiting, the data is submitted to the main server using GSM connectivity.

  • If IPAQ does not support GSM connectivity, the inspector can upload all orders by docking the IPAQ to nearest internet connected computer in a cybercafe.

  • The comments of inspector gets posted to the main server immediately.

  • The permits can be processed the same day as inspector continues to inspect more sites without spending additional time in reporting the inspection record to the head office.
